Firstly, your title tags are incorrect. Title tags are the most important factor to successful SEO. Search engines categorise websites according to their title tag. If this is incorrect you have no hope achieving high organic rankings.

Secondly, you need optimised content on your home page. Search engine spiders need quality optimised content to relate to the title tags. They will then decide if it’s important enough, which determines the organic ranking of the website.

Thirdly, get quality incoming links. Rather quality than quantity, focus on websites that are related to yours and who have high Google Page Ranks.

I know how you feel, looks like the big hogs get must of the hits and buys. like ebay, yahoo, amazon etc. They have the bucks to have there listings right up on the search results from all the search engines, ecommerce has changed a great deal over the past 2 years, and it has pushed out the little guy, there were to many small scammers out there that ruined it for the smaller honest merchant, so buyers tend to buy only from well known companys, unless you have really something special to sell and there is a market for it, you would have all kind of traffic, depending what your selling you may drive traffic to your sites by joining fourms and posting your product there, example "you sell motorcycle gear’ well join alot of clubs around the world and make yourself known.
word of mouth still holds true today.

try getting involved on forums sites such as wickedfire.com and forums.digitalpoint.com . It looks like your site is a job site for IT types. When involved in the forums and you find posts related to the field your site represents, use the signature link to promote your site. Or just answer questions here relative to what is offered on your site and send them there.

Last night they sent out my ad and to be perfectly honest,i didnt expect anyone to sign up for my program…imagine my shock and joy when i checked my stats this morning and discovered that not only did i get 1722 sign-ups from the ad they sent BUT the majority of the 1722 sign-ups had already recruited people under them. the signups are still rolling in.

Well you’ve obviously played with PPC, and SEO…

Here’s my thoughts – Firstly I would like to see your PPC ad, I’ve found alot of times it’s the ad or the landing page you’re driving users to that does not convert.

Or its a combination of the two.

Secondly, I would look into building in an Affiliate Program, approach people who have big lists of subscribers who would be a good match for what you are offering.

Present them a powerful and compelling percentage of sales and have them promote your website to their list.

I’ve crafted many a campaign to attract affiliate support. (The great thing about this strategy is that if you’re affiliates are smart entrepreneurs, and are constantly selling to there subscribers – you will have access to a conditioned hungry crowd.

A more advanced strategy is to market offline and combine the two methods.

If the site that you are trying to drive traffic to is eteqdotcom, you’re unlikely to score on anything other than PPC. The architecture, engineering and SEO on the site are all poor therefore you are unlikely to ever score with those.

You need to:
- Use META tags properly; redo all your current ones
- Add URL rewriting, sitemaps.xml and other basics
- Work on getting backlinks to your site from trusted, quality sites
